This is a really easy, basic chicken thigh recipe.  Heck, it is so easy it might not even be a recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, paprika
  • Olive oil

Preheat griddle (or frying pan) to medium high.  Spread out chicken pieces on a cutting board or baking sheet.  Season both sides liberally with salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, and paprika.  Coat griddle or pan with a thin layer of light olive oil.  Place chicken on griddle and do not flip for 4 to 6 min.  Once the first side has some browning/crust, flip and cook another 4 to 6min or to 165 degrees.

Serve with rice/salad/potato
