This is one of Nate’s favorite tools! The concept with this tenderizer makes sense. The blades are flat with a point that tapers to the corner. When used across the grain on a piece of meat they slice the through the fibers. Since there are 48 blades they make quick work of slicing long tough fibers into shorter easier to chew pieces. You can literally over-tenderize beef with this thing! It works that well.

The construction is good. Heavy duty plastic, very strong springs and quality blades. You simply cannot spend $20 on any other product and get more bang for your buck when it comes to tenderizing. Nate personally knows a local restaurant owner that uses 4 of these in his commercial kitchen.
